Biscayne Real Estate was founded in 2011 initially providing full spectrum of real estate services to residential and commercial clients. In 2019, we decided to narrow our focus specializing only in industrial and office asset classes.
about the founder
Michal has a wealth of real estate experience in both, residential and commercial real estate. Originally from the Czech Republic, he started his real estate career in Chicago as a residential leasing agent later moving to a position of leasing director in a luxury high-rise apartment tower. After relocating to Miami, he held positions of an asset manager of a commercial office and retail center, acquisition officer for a condominium development firm, managing broker for residential brokerage office, and VP of investments for multifamily investment company. Since 2019, his main focus has been industrial and office sectors in South Florida market.
He was involved in deals involving real estate acquisitions/ dispositions, developments, financing, and debt settlements.
Michal attended School of Architecture in Brno in the Czech Republic majoring in civil engineering later attending architecture program in Harold Washington College in Chicago.

His background includes positions in luxury multifamily leasing, commercial asset management, condominium development acquisitions, residential brokerage leadership, and multifamily investment underwriting. Since 2019, his primary focus has been industrial and office real estate throughout South Florida.
He has participated in transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, repositioning, and development-related real estate strategies.
